Your German and Polish Pottery is made of a dense high-fired white clay that may be washed in a regular household dishwasher, microwaved and even used in an oven (up to 400°F). We recommend you do not place it in a hot oven directly from the refrigerator but bring it to room temperature first. We also recommend that when used for baking, you cover the entire bottom surface with food or liquid to obviate cracking. The German pottery is hand painted in Koenigsbrueck, Germany.  The Polish pottery is hand painted in Boleslawiec, Poland.

Hand painted in Boleslawiec, Poland, our Polish Pottery this pottery is hand-painted using a traditional sponge technique. Each piece is safe for use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Each pattern works well in combination with other patterns as the colors--predominantly cobalt blue and white--are the same in each. Each factory has it’s own unique designs and shapes.
